10) Motion to accept Nick Cressman and Steve Wagler, appointed to interview and hire a summer student; Herb Deutschman, Seconded by Dave Seyler. Carried.
11) New Hamburg Board of Trade Golf tournament; Monday, June 21, 2010. Registration forms are available for players and sponsors.
12) Sidewalk Sale Days and Cruise Night; August 18 to 21, 2010.  Thanks to Jim Bishop, who is heading Cruise Night, and Tom Hinz, who will help organize the food tent.
13) Municipal Candidates Meeting; October 6, 2010.  Organizing committee: Steve Wagler, Deb Meyers, Meredith Hagen, moderated by Randy Thompson.
14) Events: Mennonite Relief Sale; May 28 & 29, 2010 (brochures available). New Hamburg Live; June 2 to 6, 2010 (programs available, tickets through Upper Case Books or at the door).  Waterloo Oxford's Relay for Life; June 4 & 5, 2010.
