5. Minutes from November's General Meeting
   Nigel Gordijk (Common Sense Design), seconded by Paul Knowles (English Garden Publishers).  Accepted.
6. Financial Report
   The Board of Trade is switching to “Simply Accounting”, and as such the Financial Report is not yet ready. It will be presented to the Board at the meeting, February 22nd, and will include the 2012 Budget.
7. Highway 7&8 Public Information Meeting
   A meeting will be held on Thursday, January 26 from 2 to 3pm at the Tavistock District Municipal Hall.  All members are encouraged to attend.
8. Downtown Map
   The map may be viewed at the Board of Trade webpage: www.nhbot.ca/about-us-map.shtml.  
   Comments or suggestions for Nigel Gordijk’s design will be open for another week, after which it will go to print.  
   If anyone has information on new businesses that are soon to be opening in New Hamburg, the Board would appreciate that information.
9. New Business
   Chris Spotswood and ABsolute Fitness is sponsoring a Zumbathon for employee Liliana Dominguez’s brother, who has been a victim of a terrorist attack.  
   Suggested donation is $10, and funds will go to purchase prosthetic limbs for Juan.
