Hello, all Board of Trade Members:

We are informed by the Ministry of Transportation, as well as our MPP, Leeanna Pendergast, that another consultation concerning the potential bypass has been scheduled for next week in New Hamburg.

Here is the info from Leeanna.

Good Afternoon:

The Ministry of Transportation has informed us they have scheduled a third round of Public Consultation Open Houses to allow for further public and stakeholder input regarding the Highway 7 & 8 Transportation Corridor Study.. The New Hamburg Open House is scheduled for:

Thursday, November 27, 2008 New Hamburg Community Centre 251 Jacob Street, New Hamburg 4 to 8 PM

This e-mail is being sent to all constituents who have asked to be included in our e-mail grouping to ensure you are made aware of this upcoming session. An advertisement from the Ministry will appear in the New Hamburg Independent on November 12th and 18th and in The Record on November 14th and 21st.
